Daytime Real Estate Photography is the most important thing you can do for your listing. What's the second most important thing? Grabbing peoples attention to get them viewing the property. Twilight Photography does exactly this. Imagine looking at a list of homes and all of them have standard daytime front exterior as the primary photo except for one. That one special listing has a beautiful Twilight photo. Which listing are you clicking on? You don't need to answer that because I know the answer already... A Real Estate Agency in Sydney did a test on this topic and here is what happened:

“This house was tracking at about 1,000 views in one week with about 10 call-ins. Then we changed the photo the next week (nothing else) to a twilight shot. Guess what? Where views normally drop off (because it is considered a stale listing after 1 week), they picked up by approximately 50% to 1,500 views and 15 call-ins in a week when inquiries traditionally drops off.”

HomeJab did another test and found that listings with Twilight Photography as the primary MLS photo received a whopping 3x more views than standard photography.
